A supermarket store chain with over 100 stores and
hundreds of employees is daily using an internal ticketing
software custom developed by our team. We lead the development,
structured the database, designed the APIs, conducted data
migrations and wrote the back-end code. This version 2 was
developed after their version1 (also developed by us) served
them for over 5 years. This new and improved software is
customizable, uses modern stack and has more features.
